When you are purchasing a property the #1 key factor to consider is education.  Understanding all aspects (property value, financing, legal, etc.) of the real estate market is extremely important and should be first and foremost.  In order to help you, as a buyer, understand the market, Doug keeps himself educated and up-to-date on the every-changing real estate market through annual continuing education classes and by obtaining professional designations.  Recently completing required course work, Doug was designated as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist® the the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing® and was awarded membership in the Million Dollar Guild.
