Your option when buying or selling real estate is to choose the “right” agent to represent you.  Choosing the “right” agent is not always easy because everyone knows more than one real estate agent, so educate yourself on what each agent has to offer.


When you are selling a property, there are 3 key factors to consider.  #1 is Market Exposure, #2 is Property Condition and #3 is Proper Pricing.  Marketing is what I do.  I make sure everyone locally (and globally) has access to the information about all properties I have for sale.  The internet is by far my strongest tool in marketing Martha’s Vineyard Island Luxury Homes since most of the buyers are not local.  Property condition and proper pricing are the 2 factors I work on closely with each seller, since each situation is specific and deserves my personal attention.


When you are purchasing a property the #1 key factor to consider is education.  Understanding all aspects (property value, financing, legal, etc.) of the real estate market is extremely important and should be first and foremost to you.  In order to help you understand the market, I keep myself educated and up-to-date on the ever-changing real estate market through annual continuing education classes and by obtaining professional designations.
I have almost 40 years of experience in the real estate business and have been recently recognized as one of the top 20 RE/MAX agents in New England.  My energetic and non-stop work ethic is one reason I am a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and recently received the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award.


Family is also an important part of my life.  My wife, Amy, and I will be celebrating out 39th wedding anniversary in 2019, have 3 beautiful children and spend many evenings on the beach hosting sunset picnics for the many friends and family that visit the island.
