Open listing:  You have the right to list your property for sale with as many brokers as you like and also retain the right to sell the property yourself without owing a sales fee.  The broker that brings the offer is the broker who gets paid.  Property is NOT included in LINK.

Tri-exclusive listing:  You can list with 3 different brokers.  The one (of the 3) who brings the offer is the one who gets paid.  The property is included in the LINK system, if any of the brokers is a member.

Co-exclusive listing:  You can list with 2 different brokers.  The one (of the 2) who brings the offer is the one who gets paid.  The property is included in the LINK system if the broker is a member.

Exclusive listing:  You list with one broker and that broker markets the property to the public and all other brokers.  All offers must come through the broker.  Property is included in the LINK system if the broker is a member.  This listing type provides you the best service and marketing exposure.
