What is the Martha's Vineyard Land Bank Fee?

All properties for sale on Martha's Vineyard are subject to a 2% Land Bank fee.  This is an additional fee that the buyer pays at closing.  Homes occupied by first-time homebuyers are exempt on the first $300,000 of the purchase price.  Ask your agent for more information about this fee.
