Tired of driving?  Bonanza bus offers services from New York City, Providence, Boston, and Logan Airport to Woods Hole where you can catch the Steamship Authority ferry.

Fly to and from the island.  Cape Air offers service between Martha's Vineyard and Boston, Providence, Hyannis, and Nantucket.
